Orientation Workshop at Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar Dist:

An orientation workshop on "Strengthening of the Biodiversity activities by forming Biodiversity Management Committees (BMCs) & Preparation of People's Biodiversity Register (PBRs) in the district for conservation & sustainable utilization of biological resources" was conducted at Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar Dist on 29.09.2015.

Shri. S. Niranjan Reddy, Hon'ble Vice Chairman of Planning Commission, other dignitaries, the Surpanches of Gram Panchayats, Panchayat Secretaries, MPDOs, ZPTC and MPPs of Nagarkurnool, Telkapally, Tadur, Bijinepally and Timmajipet mandals of Mahaboobnagar District participated in the workshop.

An exhibition on Biodiversity was also organized on 29.09.2015 & 30.09.2015 for two days. Almost 12000 school & degree college students visited the exhibition.
